Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. To conduct conflict-of-interest checks, DC² Divorce Coaching reserves the right to collect and process basic client details. These will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Scope of Coaching

Coaching is a professional, goal-oriented service focused on personal development, decision-making and emotional resilience. It is not a substitute for legal advice, therapy or counselling.

Session Scheduling

Sessions are by appointment only and may be conducted via phone, video call, or in person. In-person sessions are available in Cambridge (Cambridge Science Park) and must be booked in advance.

Payment

All fees must be paid in advance of each session or coaching package.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring a fee.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of when they begin.

Termination of Coaching

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with reasonable notice:

✔ For lower-commitment coaching packages: A minimum of 1 calendar week’s notice is required.

✔ For coaching engagements exceeding 6 sessions or 6 months of support (whichever is greater): A minimum of 3 calendar weeks’ notice is required.
