Couples Coaching
Support for couples navigating change, conflict or uncertainty
Relationships can feel most fragile at the very moments when they matter most. Many couples reach a point where conversations go in circles, emotions run high, or important decisions feel impossible to think through clearly.
Couples coaching offers a structured, supportive space to slow things down and make sense of what is happening between you. The focus is practical, reflective, and forward-looking; helping you communicate more clearly, understand patterns that keep repeating, and decide what you want to work towards together.

This work can be helpful whether you are:
-
experiencing ongoing conflict or communication breakdowns
-
feeling emotionally distant or disconnected
-
facing a major transition (for example separation, reconciliation, or redefining the relationship)
-
unsure whether you want to stay together, and need a neutral space to explore this
Couples coaching is not about blame or taking sides. It is about understanding dynamics, increasing awareness, and supporting thoughtful decision-making.
Important Notes
-
Couples coaching is goal-focused and time-limited.
-
Sessions are confidential, with clear boundaries discussed at the outset.
-
Individual sessions within a couples context are handled transparently and ethically.
-
Coaching can complement legal, mediation, or therapeutic support where relevant.
How Couples Coaching Works
Sessions are structured and collaborative. We focus on:
-
understanding the background and current challenges
-
identifying unhelpful patterns and triggers
-
improving communication and emotional safety
-
clarifying shared and individual goals
-
supporting decisions that feel informed and grounded
This is coaching, not therapy. I do not diagnose, provide mental health treatment, or work with high-risk presentations. Where appropriate, I can signpost or refer to other professionals.
