About DC²
Why work with me?

Everyone is different, which is why the best way to know if we’re a good fit is simply to talk.
What I can reassure you of is that you’ll be supported by someone who brings depth, training and genuine care to this work. I blend professional credentials, therapeutic insight and evidence-based practice with a grounded, empathetic approach.
I’m currently a trainee therapist on the MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy at London Metropolitan University, building on a Diploma in Divorce Coaching (Distinction), a CertHE in Counselling & Counselling Skills from Birkbeck, and an academic foundation in psychology and social sciences from the University of Cambridge. I also provide trauma-informed training to family justice professionals at both local and national Resolution events.
My coaching experience includes supporting neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ clients, and individuals with varying emotional and practical needs. Drawing on psychological research and the work of leading thinkers - while always centring your unique story - I offer support that is both heart-led and scientifically informed.
You don’t have to go through this alone. We can find a way forward together.
Why Divorce and Separation Coaching?
Divorce and separation are among life’s most challenging transitions, bringing emotional turmoil, legal complexities and financial uncertainties. A Divorce & Separation Coach offers support, clarity, and practical strategies to help you navigate this journey with confidence and resilience.
Emotional Support & Clarity - A coach provides a safe, judgment-free space to process the many overwhelming feelings and emotions brought on by divorce and separation, helping you regain control and make clear-headed decisions.
Strategic Planning & Decision-Making - Navigating the legal side of divorce can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. A Divorce & Separation Coach works alongside your legal team, helping you break down complex decisions into manageable actions, empowering you to stay proactive rather than reactive during litigation and proceedings.
How a Coach supports your legal journey:
✔ At the outset: Signposting you to legal and financial advice to help you make informed choices.
✔ Building your support team: Collaborating with other professionals to ensure you have the best expertise around you.
✔ Understanding legal stages: Helping you process key steps in your proceedings and providing a safe space to discuss any anxieties.
✔ Court support: Offering practical and emotional assistance, including accompanying you to court when needed.
A coach doesn’t replace legal counsel but ensures you feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout the process.
Improved Communication & Conflict Resolution - Effective communication is key, especially when children are involved. Coaching equips you with tools to reduce conflict, set boundaries, and co-parent cooperatively, minimising stress for everyone.
Financial Guidance & Resource Connection - Divorce often brings financial uncertainty. While not a financial advisor, a coach helps you understand your options, set priorities, and connect with experts to secure your future.
Empowerment & Personal Growth - Divorce is not just an ending, it’s a chance for a new beginning. A coach helps you rebuild confidence, rediscover your strengths, and set meaningful goals for life beyond divorce.
